Talking about work vs. working

If you observe carefully, you’ll notice that some of your colleagues are really good at talking about work. They say all the right things, make salient points, but this sort of thing goes on and on for months, even years, with each meeting sort of sounding the same.

This is talking about work instead of actually working.

It’s tough to weed these people out because the interview process tends to favor those who talk over those who do.
